Injection Molding Machine

CNC milling machine

Processing of such products require frequent modification or adjustment of equipment, ordinary machine tools or a high degree of specialization of automated machine tools have been unable to adapt to these requirements. In order to solve the above problems, a new type of machine tools – CNC machine tools came into being. This new machine tool with strong adaptability, high processing accuracy, stable processing quality and production efficiency and other advantages. It is a comprehensive application of electronic computers, automatic control, servo drives, precision measurement and new mechanical structure and other aspects of technological achievements, is the future direction of the development of CNC machine tools.
CNC milling machine is also called CNC milling machine. In English, it means a milling machine that is controlled by digital signals with an electronic meter. CNC milling machine is a kind of automatic processing equipment developed on the basis of general milling machine, the processing process of both is basically the same, and the structure is also somewhat similar. A press is a stamping type press. In national production, the stamping process is becoming more and more widespread because it has the advantages of saving materials and energy, being more efficient than traditional machining, requiring less skill from the operator, and being able to produce products that cannot be achieved by mechanical processing through the application of various dies.
Stamping production is mainly for plates. Through the die, it can make drop, punching, forming, drawing, trimming, fine blanking, shaping, riveting and extrusion, etc., which are widely used in various fields. Such as our switch socket, cup, cupboard, plate, computer case, even missile aircraft …… have very many accessories can be produced by punching machine through the mold.
For sheet metal case with large holes and large quantities, the use of stamping dies is a highly efficient operation.
The bending machine is a kind of machine that can bend thin plates. Its structure mainly includes a stand, a worktable and a clamping plate, the worktable is placed on the stand, the worktable consists of a base and a pressure plate, the base is connected to the clamping plate through a hinge, the base consists of a seat shell, a coil and a cover plate, the coil is placed in the recess of the seat shell, and the top of the recess is covered with a cover plate. In use, the coil is energized by the wire, and when energized, it exerts a gravitational force on the platen, thus achieving the clamping of the thin plate between the platen and the base. Thanks to the electromagnetic force clamping, the platen can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and the workpiece with sidewalls can be processed, and the operation is very easy.
